Limited Edition '59 Reissue Stratocaster An exceptional example, picked out of a bunch, feather-light weight swamp ash body (the whole guitar only weighs seven pounds four ounces!). Nice see-through blond finish, "bigger" C-shaped neck with medium jumbo frets and a 9-1/2" radius. Has engraved neck plate with "Ltd. c2001	Fender U.S.A. American Series Stratocaster An outstanding example in hard-to-find Ocean Turquoise color, the finish and the plastic are ambering beautifully and look great. All-original guitar in excellent condition, has an unusual bigger fatter C-shaped neck, especially for this model, that feels great. c1989	Fender U.S.A. Strat Plus Near mint unplayed condition, in the hard-to-find Pewter color, these are Phil's favorite Strat design - every problem the old Strats had have been evolved and solved, into the Strat Plus. Hi Flex truss rod, roller nut, locking tuners, two point bridge (actually stays in tune), original issue Lace Sensor pickups (we like the sound of these better than the new noiseless pickups), medium jumbo frets on a nice C-shaped maple neck with orlled edges - these were going to originally be the Jeff Beck model, which was delayed until the early 1990s and finally came out with a huge neck... c1973	Fender Stratocaster Rare hardtail (non-vibrato) model, a feather-weight example - only seven pounds two ounces. The only changes are one tone pot, five-way switch put in 1976, pickup cavities were very slightely deepened - maybe 1/16", but all factory routs look stock specs - we are talking very little here... The pickguard is very dark amber with age, but believe is a very old correct Fender guard replacement. Looks cool as hell, plays and sounds great, nice neck. c1973	Fender Strat Neck on an old refinished '74? body. Refinished Candy Apple Red decades ago, looks old and real cool, was originally a tremolo model that was turned into a hardtail when it was refinished, now back to stock with original tremolo. Strictly a player's guitar - it'll never be collectable - the neck was cracked at the body. It's glued and fixed and is very strong, but you can see the repaired cracks. Original tuners, repro "vintage" style Strat pickups - no brand name, but they're old and sound so good I'd leave them in. Lightweight ash body, neck is shaped and feels like a mid-'60s profile. c2006	Bill Nash S-57 Relic'd Strat type, a now-discontinued model from Bill. A True Mary Kay type with gold parts, feather-light weight Ash body (the whole guitar weighs only seven pounds eight ounces!), beautiful Ash grain, the transparent blonde finish is very lacquer-checked all over - really looks like the real deal, medium-soft V neck with frets being more like the original Strats, only a little taller - feel great. cRecent	Gibson Historic Collection Les Paul Junior '57 Reissue Extremely rare special-ordered with one humbucker pickup instead of the usual P-90 pickup, never heard of another example made - it is really cool - you get that nasty bridge pickup tone and sustain, but hum-free... came factory with an EMG pickup, now has Duncan Antiquity PAF with aged cover - screams with that pickup and the wrapover bridge - the original pickup, pots and wiring harness are in the case pocket (sounds great acoustically too - the wrap-around bridge gives it a really "sing-y" sound). All-original guitar in excellent condition - has a few dings and gigging wear - has a little lacquer checking but is overall clean and nice. c1972	Gibson SG-1 A very strange, but very cool guitar, has one dog ear P-90 pickup, wrap-over bridge, pickguard is gone, a little routing under the pickup from the various pickups put in over the years, Grover tuners added. c1960	Gibson Melodymaker Very early issue with fat round Les Paul neck, original inked-on serial number, single-cut body, stock finish, it had two humbucker pickups installed decades ago - very early Dimarzio PAFs with dark ambered/aged creme coil bobbins - really look like old 1950s Gibson PAFs and sound wonderful.
